Established in 2017. Our first location, Perilla @ Mission/1st was open in San Francisco back in 2008. As part of the PPQ family enterprise, we want to bring the tradition of authentic Vietnamese flavor to San Leandro. Our family business has been a fixture in San Francisco for over 20 years and we're excited to bring some real flavors to the Bay Area.
